Selective Soldering Machines

Hentec/RPS selective soldering systems handle the through-hole soldering work that's too precise, too dense, or too mixed-component for wave soldering and too slow to do by hand — dip, drag, wire bond, and custom nozzle processes, all built around our Gaussian MiniWave nozzle technology for wave stability and defect-free performance.

Every system is built on closed-loop servo motion control and nitrogen-managed thermal control, engineered and assembled at our factory in Newman Lake, Washington. Five models cover everything from prototype/low-volume work to continuous 24/7, high-mix production lines.

Model Best for Max board size Configuration
Vector 300 Prototype / small-batch, space-constrained lines 300 × 300 mm (12 × 12 in.) Standalone or SMEMA in-line, 1 nozzle
Vector 460 Entry-to-mid volume, high-mix production 460 × 460 mm (18 × 18 in.) Standalone or SMEMA in-line
Vector 600 High-mix, high-value, low-to-mid volume 600 × 600 mm (24 × 24 in.) — largest native processing range in the category Standalone or SMEMA in-line
Valence 2508 High-mix, high-volume, continuous 2-shift production 508 × 508 mm (20 × 20 in.) max processing area Continuous-duty, multi-station in-line, electromagnetic pump
Valence 3508 High-mix, high-volume, continuous 3-shift production 508 × 508 mm (20 × 20 in.) max processing area Continuous-duty, multi-station in-line, electromagnetic pump
